Customers enjoy a 14-day free return policy. You may return unused, intact products within 14 days after receiving your order for any reason. We will cover all return shipping fees.

All items come with a 90-day official quality warranty against manufacturing defects.
Product Packaging & Transit Damage
All goods are fully packed with sufficient pearl cotton buffer materials to avoid scratches and breakage during delivery.
If items arrive damaged due to courier transit issues, please contact our customer service immediately with photos of damaged goods and packaging. We will arrange a free reshipment for you at no extra cost.
Pre-shipment Inspection
Every product passes strict quality testing and inspection before dispatch to guarantee intact and functional condition upon arrival.
Liability for Man-made Damage
The 90-day warranty does NOT cover damage caused by improper use, accidental drops, scratch, disassembly or other man-made faults. If products are damaged artificially, the customer shall bear all replacement, repair and shipping fees by themselves.
